By creating an account or using Fitness Fever, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Fitness Fever is a fitness coaching app that connects personal trainers with their clients. The app allows trainers to create and assign workouts, and clients to track their exercise, progress, and health data.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Trainer accounts require approval before they become active.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
- Interfere with the operation of the app or its infrastructure.
5. Content & Data
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, messages).
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the app as needed to provide the service.
- Trainers can view their assigned clients' workout data, progress, health data, and messages.
6. Health Disclaimer
The app is a fitness tracking and communication tool. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise programme. We are not liable for any injury resulting from workouts performed using the app.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Fever and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
