How do I get started?
Fitness Fever is invite-only. Your coach sends you an invite code. Download the app, sign in, and enter the code to connect to your coach.
I do not have an invite code
Ask your coach for one. If you are not working with a coach yet, they can invite you once you are set up together.
How do I contact my coach?
Use in-app chat. Open the Messages tab to message your coach directly.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a magic email link. Use the same method each time to reach your account.
What health data does the app use, and how do I control it?
With your permission, the app can read steps, sleep, and body weight from Apple Health. This is optional and the app works without it. You can review or revoke access any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy and Security, then Health, then Fitness Fever.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. You can also email support@fitnessfever.io and we will remove your account and data for you.
